Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns

  • Unopened Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been opened, seals have been broken, or the product has been used.
  • Returns Number Required: All returns must be accompanied by a valid Returns Number (RN). Returns without a clearly displayed RN will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
  • Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.

How to Request a Returns Number (RN)

To obtain a Returns Number, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at doug@tallycost.com.
  2. Provide Order Details: In your email or phone call, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
  3. Receive Your RN: Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide you with a unique Returns Number (RN).

How to Return Your Item(s)

  1. Package Your Item(s): Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original, unopened packaging.
  2. Clearly Display the RN: Clearly write your assigned Returns Number (RN) on the outside of the package. We recommend placing it prominently near the shipping label.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return package to the following address:

  5. Shipping Costs: Please note that unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return conditions (unopened packaging and valid RN), we will process your refund within 21 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at doug@tallycost.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
